Job Description:

Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship with a new team focused on rapid growth and high-performance culture. Job responsibilities include:

  • Calibration and validation of electronic hardware systems used in racing operations.
  • Developing calibration procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborating with design and development teams to meet system specifications.
  • Identifying and fixing calibration issues to ensure electronics reliability.
  • Analyzing data to improve system performance.
  • Supporting trackside operations during race weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Experience with electronic system calibration, preferably in motorsport.
  • Knowledge of electronic hardware and software.
  • Experience with motorsport data acquisition and telemetry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
