Qualifications

• Experience leading embedded electronics projects and technical teams.
• Hands-on hardware design, validation, and testing.
• Experience with EMC/environmental testing and compliance.
• Experience in defence/aerospace/industrial or safety-critical sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across embedded electronics and power solutions.
• Support customers and sales teams with technical design‑in activities.
• Manage technical enquiries, product evaluations and system troubleshooting.
• Oversee prototype builds, testing, documentation and production support.
• Lead EMC/environmental testing and maintain quality standards.
• Work closely with suppliers and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
