Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an electronics design professional to work on cutting-edge, high‑performance devices. You will contribute to a busy new‑product pipeline and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.

The role involves reverse engineering, device design, and improving manufacturability, BOM cost, and reliability of products while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with regulated sectors desirable (medical, automotive, aerospace).
• Knowledge of EMC compliance, verification and test jig development.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineering old designs and creating new iterations.
• Design and development of devices and associated technologies.
• Design and validate next generation products with manufacturability and BOM cost focus.
• Reduce BOM cost through component choices and supply chain leverage.
• Improve manufacturability to reduce assembly and calibration time.
• Improve serviceability to simplify service calls.
• Improve product reliability.
