Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an Electronic Design Engineer in Merthyr Tydfil to join a well-established engineering manufacturer. You will contribute to the design and development of innovative products from concept through to production, focusing on PCB layout, component selection, and hardware integration.

The role involves supporting electronics design activities across analogue and digital applications, with a proactive, practical approach to a broad range of projects and close collaboration

Qualifications

• PCB layout design experience essential.
• Ability to work on multiple electronics projects.
• Experience across analogue and digital circuits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• PCB layout and schematic capture from concepts to manufacture.
• Component research, selection and specification.
• Support electronic circuit design across analogue and digital domains.
• Assist with technical feasibility for new customer enquiries and projects.
• Support system-level design including interfaces, power, and I/O.
