Job summary

Jackson Hogg Ltd is partnering with a growing engineering and technology business to recruit an Electronics Design Engineer in Stamfordham. The role covers the complete product lifecycle from concept and schematic design through to PCB layout, prototype development, testing and production support.

You will work on analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuits, produce Altium schematics, manage BOMs, prototype and validate hardware, and collaborate with firmware, mechanical and production teams to

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in electronics hardware design and PCB development.
• Strong schematic capture and PCB layout capability.
• Experience with Altium Designer or similar ECAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuits.
• Create schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Support component selection, BOM management and design documentation.
• Build, test and debug prototype hardware using lab equipment.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, production and test teams.
• Support EMC, compliance and product validation activities.
• Assist with transition of products from development into manufacture.
