Black Point Recruitment LTD is seeking a Monitoring Support Officer to conduct field visits and compliance checks on individuals under electronic monitoring. You will inspect tags, identify tampering, maintain records and report concerns professionally, travelling between locations with strict confidentiality and safety practices.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a Basic DBS check, and the ability to work evenings and nights with overtime available.

Qualificações

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Basic DBS certificate, or willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check.
• Ability to travel between designated locations.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• A reliable, responsible and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Flexibility to work evening and night-time shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled field visits and electronic monitoring compliance checks.
• Inspect monitoring tags and associated equipment for visible signs of damage or potential tampering.
• Identify and report equipment faults, suspected interference or other irregularities.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain appropriate records of all visits.
• Escalate concerns and potential breaches through the appropriate reporting channels.
• Communicate professionally with monitored individuals while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Travel between allocated locations and manage visits in line with operational requirements.
• Follow all relevant procedures relating to confidentiality, safeguarding, health and safety and incident reporting.
