Job summary

Serco is seeking an Electronic Monitoring Field Officer in the TN23-TN26 area. You will visit individuals at home to install tagging equipment, working solo or with a mentor, and contribute to community safety. Training is provided, with a 37.5-hour rolling rota including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid UK driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment.
• Work alone or with a Monitoring Support Officer.
• Build trust and reassure individuals about safety and the justice system.
• Complete visits as part of a rolling rota with weekend and bank holiday shifts.
