Job Title: Electronics Design Engineer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH

Company Overview & Role:

A leading engineering organization in Manchester (Greater Manchester), specializing in Electronics & Automation, is hiring for two new Electronics Design Engineers: one Senior and one Junior/Mid-Level. These roles involve designing and developing electronic circuits for high-quality products from concept to market.

Salary:

Junior & Mid-Level Electronics Design Engineer: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic circuits based on product requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful product development

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years industry experience
• Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of electronic principles, PCB design, schematic capture
• Experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, Proteus, or similar tools
• Practical skills: assembly, fault finding, soldering, debugging
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Skills:

• Embedded C, Python
• Microcontroller experience
• Low power/signal transformers, EMC, safety standards
