Job summary

Babcock International invites graduates to join its Electronic and Communications Engineering Graduate Programme. You will design and deliver secure communications systems, contribute to defence-related projects, and rotate across sites in England to gain wide exposure.

The programme includes mentorship, training, and opportunities toward professional registration. Starting salary is a minimum of £35,000 with a two-year structured development path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS, SC and DV security clearances.
• UK nationality or eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure communication systems for remote environments.
• Integrate commercial platforms with specialist technologies for reliable connectivity.
• Engage in a two-year rotation across the Mission Technologies business.
• Receive structured training, mentorship, and masterclasses as part of the Graduate Development Programme.
