Job summary

Babcock offers a two-year Electronic and Communications Engineering Graduate Programme with placements across multiple UK sites. You will work on secure communications, embedded technologies, and defence-related systems, gaining mentorship and structured development to chartered engineer status.

Minimum starting salary is £35,000, with a focus on growth through practical placements and professional registration support. Onsite and hybrid options are available across England.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to achieve a relevant engineering degree (BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc) in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Eligible for BPSS/SC/DV clearance.
• UK national due to security requirements.

Responsibilities
