Job summary

Morgan Jones in Edenbridge, Kent, seeks an Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble and test electronic products in a busy, hands-on environment with day shifts and training provided.

Working as part of a skilled production team, you will perform assembly, test and quality checks across a range of products, including electronic components, with a mix of repetitive and varied tasks. A permanent role with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately and consistently.
• Willingness to learn new assembly and electronic manufacturing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out light electronic assembly work.
• Programming electronic components.
• Using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Completing basic soldering and wiring tasks.
• Reading and following assembly instructions.
• Inspecting and quality checking finished products.
• Maintaining accurate production records.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards.
