Job summary

Jackie Kerr Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler for a Cirencester-based role. You will assemble and wire electrical instruments, inspect PCBs, perform PTH assembly, soldering, and accurate component placement to meet exacting quality standards.

You will read assembly instructions and blueprints, use hand tools, and build sub-assemblies as part of the manufacturing process. Working hours described below may lead to permanence.

Qualifications

• Experience with PTH assembly and component placement.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Previous electronic assembler experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and wiring of electrical instruments.
• Conduct quality inspections on populated and bare PCBs.
• Perform PTH assembly in line with production requirements.
• Soldering and placement of components.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand powered tools.
• Meet production standards.
• Build sub-assemblies as part of the manufacturing process.
