Qualifications

• Experience hand soldering and PCB assemblies to production standards.
• Ability to read and follow work/build instructions.
• Experience with J-STD-001 soldering standards.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Hand soldering THT components to PCB assemblies.
• Inspect PCB assemblies produced by other team members, including tacking and first-off inspections.
• Complete PCB rework on both THT and SMT components.
• Prepare, process and assemble wires and cables.
• Operate selective soldering equipment for THT components.
• Work accurately to build instructions, drawings and production procedures.
• Ensure assemblies meet the required quality and build standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
