Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking Electronic Assembly Operators for a 6-month fixed-term role with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate. Work Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:45 pm, and Friday mornings, with a starting salary of £24,800 rising to £25,100 after successful probation.

You will assemble products using hand tools, test and record results, perform quality checks, and maintain organized production data in a team-oriented environment.

Job description

We are seeking multiple Electronic Assembly Operators to join our production team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is integral to the manufacture of high-quality products for the meteorological and commercial weather measurement markets. • Contract Type: 6-month fixed term (potential for temp-to-perm) There is also the possibility of the position becoming permanent after 5 months for the right candidate.
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am - 3:45 pm; Friday, 7:00 am - 11:30 am
• Starting Salary: £24,800 (increasing to £25,100 upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period)

Responsibilities

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling products using hand tools and assembly jigs.
