Job summary

HPCAREERS LIMITED in Leeds is seeking an Electronics Assembler for a full-time permanent role. You will assemble electronic devices, perform soldering and bonding, and work to strict specifications using microscopes.

Keep AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements, follow written, pictorial and verbal instructions, and report rework issues. You will help maintain a clean workstation, follow H&S guidelines and collaborate with Engineering and Operations on redesigns and NPI."

Qualifications

• Electronic assembly experience is essential.
• Soldering, epoxy and bonding techniques.
• Ability to read complex assembly drawings and process instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic devices to specifications.
• Soldering, epoxy and bonding techniques.
• Inspect using microscopes and maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow H&S guidelines and report rework issues.
• Work with Engineering on redesigns and new product introduction.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Train and mentor new operators as required.

Duties

• Assembly of electronic devices
• Soldering, epoxy and bonding techniques
