Job summary

Resource Recruitment is seeking Assembly Staff for a Bournemouth, Dorset facility. You will perform electro-mechanical assembly to drawings, with occasional soldering, and check builds against specs in a modern, friendly environment. The role is a 12‑month initial contract with a 37‑hour week over four days, Mon-Thu, 7:00–16:45, with overtime on Fri and Sat mornings. Candidates should read drawings and work well in a team.

Job Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Job Type: initial 12 month contract

Salary: £12.96 per hour with lots of overtime at £19.44 per hour

Hours: 4 day working week, 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 7am - 4.45pm (Overtime available on a Friday and Saturday mornings)

Thei is a 4 day working week Monday to Thursday with overtime being offered on Friday and Saturday mornings

Duties:

• Working to drawings and work instructions
• Electro mechanical assembly of products
• Some soldering of parts and wires
• Checking work off against build specs
• Using the computer to log work and undertake basic functional testing

Experience:

• We would like to hear from applicants who have assembly experience
• Ability to undertake basic soldering
• Can read and work from drawings
• Able to work as part of a team and to deadlines
• Basic use of computers
