Production Assembler - Electronics

Coventry - Ansty Park

£18 per hour, rising to £19 per hour

4-Day Working Week | Immediate Start

Manpower is recruiting experienced Production Assemblers to join a secure, classified manufacturing project based in Coventry. These are temporary roles with an immediate start, offering competitive pay and a 4-day working week.

Screening & Vetting Requirements

Due to the nature of this project, the following are mandatory:

• BPSS clearance
• UK Born nationals who still hold UK nationality only

The Role

You'll be working within a structured production environment on precision electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work to defined quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Soldering to a high standard
• Electronic and mechanical assembly (small-build work preferred)
• Working on a production line to meet output targets
• Operating within a secure and compliance-led environment

Pay & Working Hours

• £18 per hour
• Rising to £19 per hour upon completion of performance targets
• Monday to Thursday
• 07:00 - 16:30
• 36 hours per week (9 hours per day including 30-minute unpaid break)
• Every Friday off
