Job summary

Roke is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality support to customers across the UK and internationally. You will communicate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with MoD environments and security classifications.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN architectures and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering visits to customer sites for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Patch/update/audit customer systems and products; repair, diagnose and fix issues.
• Support military exercises, demonstrations and testing; assist acceptance testing of new deliveries.
