As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance tasks, involving electrical and mechanical fault finding, defect rectification, and routine maintenance activities across the facility. What will you be doing?

• Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment including overhead cranes, rotating equipment, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
• Understand and work with 415 motors, variable speed drives, electrical switchgear.
• Report, diagnose, and remedy plant defects promptly.
• Propose modifications and improvements to plant and equipment.
• Supervise company and contractor staff as appropriate.
• Follow health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including audits.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, and tidy condition.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.

What are we looking for?

• A time-served Maintenance Technician with a recognized Electrical/Mechanical Apprenticeship.
• Experience in a continuous process industry.
• Knowledge of manual handling, CMMS systems (preferably 'INFOR').
• Understanding of P.L.C. systems.
• Strong communication skills and a creative problem-solving approach.
