Job summary

Staffline in Staverton, Gloucester is seeking an Assembly Operative for a temp-to-perm role. You will join a manufacturing site midway between Gloucester and Cheltenham, assembling electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies from kits and performing basic tests.

The ideal candidate has assembly experience and is IT literate, a good team player who can log results accurately in the database and keep the workspace clean and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical assemblies from kits issued.
• Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies from kits.
• Combine electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies into finished product.
• Run basic tests on completed units.
• Pack finished products into packaging systems.
• Record test results and log data in company database.
• Maintain tidy and safe work area.
