Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Yarnton. You will build mechanical and electronic units from technical drawings, assemble camera systems, inspect quality, diagnose basic faults, test and pack products for dispatch, and assist with stock and goods-in processes.

The role requires hands-on assembly experience, methodical approach, and strong attention to detail. You will work Monday to Friday in a full-time position with a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or electronic assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, instructions and technical information.
• Basic Word and Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• Reliable, organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble mechanical and electronic components from drawings and instructions.
• Assemble and inspect camera and electro-mechanical products.
• Inspect finished items for high quality and diagnose basic mechanical faults.
• Test, pack and prepare products for dispatch, including stock checks when needed.
• Support goods-in and assist with kit preparation and stocking.
