Job summary

Brook Green Supply is seeking an Electricity Settlements Analyst within the Billing & Settlements team. You will manage electricity metering activity, coordinate site works and ensure accurate settlement data.

Qualifications

• Experience in metering, settlements or energy industry operations.
• Knowledge of electricity metering, data flows or settlements.
• Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence.
• Proactive, self-motivated with prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Own new connections, disconnections and site works, ensure metering jobs are completed within agreed service levels.
• Review and action customer metering requirements, coordinating with agents and internal teams.
• Ensure new MPANs are onboarded accurately and on time.
• Provide subject matter expertise to investigate and resolve complex metering and settlement queries and exceptions.
• Improve and document processes to manage the metering portfolio efficiently and reduce recurring issues.
• Build effective relationships with internal teams, external agents and other industry stakeholders.
• Produce accurate reporting on metering activity, exceptions and service performance, escalating risks requiring action.
