Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is seeking skilled electricians and improvers for temporary contract work in our fab shop and installation teams. Work includes installing cable trays, racking, and cables, with access to mobile platforms for height work.

Roles cover skilled and semi-skilled positions with IPAF required for some roles. Hours are 07:00–17:30 or 19:00 finish, with 48–55+ hours Mon-Fri as needed and some Saturdays 06:00–13:30.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing electrical cable tray, racking and cables.
• Ability to work at height using mobile platforms (IPAF).
• Experience in fab shop and installation work on factories/process plants.
• Flexible hours and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical cable tray, racking and cables.
• Assist with installing and maintaining equipment and conveyors.
• Support removal and reinstatement of electrical systems and machinery.
• Work across fab shop and installation sites as needed.

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Electricians Skilled & Improvers & Semi Skilled/Mates with IPAF

Working Install & Maintenance Work.

Installing electrical cable tray, racking, cables.

Using Mobile Platforms to work at height.

Working on the safe removal of electrical systems & .

larger items such as Conveyor Lines, Process Machinery, Palletiser Machines & Robot, Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also semi skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set. Working mainly in the Fab Shop some workers may be asked to help out when really busy on installation work on factories/process plants.

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 5 to 8 weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract - Electrician Skilled = £28 per Hr Mon to Fri, £34 per Hr Sat, Improver/Skilled = £21 + per hr up to 60 hrs £26 + per hr Sat Depending on Skills/Quals Fork Ops £19 to £22 per hr and Semi Skilled Mates = £17 to £20 + hr & £21 to £24 per hr Sat

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
