Job summary

Vico Homes is expanding its electrical team to cover the Wakefield district and, when needed, the wider region. The work centres on installing, repairing, maintaining and commissioning electrical services in homes and commercial premises, along with electrical installation condition reports.

Core hours are 37 a week, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, with flexible working up to 8pm and some weekend work. Candidates need 18th edition and 2391 testing qualifications, and a valid UK driving licence is

Qualifications

• 18th edition qualification.
• 2391 testing and inspection qualification.
• Level 3 qualification on the Regulated Qualification Framework, such as NVQ Level 3 including AM2 or equivalent.

Experience

• Installation, testing, servicing, maintenance, repair and commissioning of electrical systems in domestic and commercial properties, including offices
• Experience and knowledge of a wide range of electrical working practices
• Post-qualification electrical experience on building maintenance work
