About the Role

NPF Group is looking for skilled Electricians to join our expanding team across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality electrical installation and maintenance projects within a dynamic and growing organisation. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient electrical works across a variety of commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical Installation
  • Install, terminate, and commission electrical systems, including cables, panels, distribution boards, lighting, and containment.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.
  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant regulations and project specifications.
Testing & Inspection
  • Perform continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, earth loop, and RCD testing.
  • Assist with functional testing of systems and equipment prior to energisation.
  • Complete documentation and test records accurately.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and components.
  • Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and replace defective equipment as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and operational procedures.
Site Coordination
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification/apprenticeship.
  • Strong experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficient in electrical testing and use of diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with international standards and local electrical regulations.
  • Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive work ethic.
