Job summary

Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our responsive team in Sunderland. You will perform repairs, maintenance, testing and installations in domestic properties, delivering high-quality work and a great customer experience.

The role offers long-term local work, progression opportunities, a company van and fuel card, and ongoing training within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Qualification is required.
• Level 3 NVQ & AM2 qualifications are required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Strong fault-finding skills and domestic maintenance experience are essential.
• ECS Gold Card (Desirable)
• Testing & Inspection qualification (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and inspections (EICRs)
• Planned and reactive maintenance work in occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with BS7671 regulations
• Delivering an excellent customer experience at every visit

Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our growing responsive team in carrying out high-quality repairs, maintenance, testing and installation work within domestic properties.

If you’re a skilled Electrician who takes pride in doing a job properly from start to finish, this is a role you’ll be trusted to get on with providing steady and local work.

We’re growing across our voids contracts and we’re looking for an experienced, all round Electrician who can walk into a property, assess the work and get the job done!

What You'll Be Doing

• Electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and inspections (EICRs)
