Moxie People are working with a well-established social housing provider looking for an Electrician to join their Responsive Repairs Team covering Southampton and surrounding areas.

It's a permanent job with a 40-hour week on a local patch, offering work-life balance and a strong salary. The role includes electrical repairs, fault finding, testing (EICRs), and minor installations in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• 18th Edition.
• AM2 or AM2E.
• Testing & Inspection qualification.
• Experience within domestic properties or social housing.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Testing and inspection (EICRs).
• Minor installations and upgrades / communal areas.
• Fan installation / fan repairs.
• Managing jobs through a PDA / smartphone.
