Job summary

Gloucester City Homes is seeking a skilled Electrician to join the PropertyCare Electrical Team. The role focuses on delivering electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing, ensuring customer and home safety, with opportunities to work independently or as part of a team.

You will conduct EICRs in various properties, complete reactive repairs, void works, and emergency lighting servicing, contributing to a positive customer experience and property safety.

Qualifications

• Domestic periodic inspection and testing experience is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs in occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Perform reactive and responsive repairs.
• Execute void works and door entry servicing.
• Service and repair emergency lighting systems.
• Carry out rewires where required.
