Job summary

NRT Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to service social housing properties across Bristol and surrounding areas. The role offers stability, progression, and strong earning potential, with ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

You will carry out repairs, maintenance and testing in line with BS 7671, complete EICRs, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering excellent tenant service and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Electrical Engineering qualification is essential.
• AM2 qualification is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in social housing electrical repairs, maintenance or EICR testing preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
• Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades.
• Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.
