Job summary

GCH is seeking a skilled Electrician to join the PropertyCare Electrical Team in Gloucester. You will deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and EICRs in our social housing properties to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

You will work independently and as part of a team, handling void works, door entry and emergency lighting servicing, and rewires. A valid UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Domestic periodic inspection and testing experience (essential)
• Basic IT skills, must be able to use a laptop (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skill
• A positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid UK driving licence
