Job summary

Gloucester City Homes is seeking a skilled Electrician to join the PropertyCare Electrical Team in Gloucester on a permanent, full-time basis. You will perform EICRs in occupied and unoccupied properties, handle reactive repairs, void works, door entry servicing, emergency lighting servicing and repairs, and rewires.

The role requires City & Guilds 2382-18, 18th Edition, plus relevant electrical qualifications; a valid UK driving licence and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold City & Guilds 2382-18, 18th Edition IET wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications 2391 or 2394/5 – (desirable).
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• AM2 Practical Assessment.
• ECS Gold Card (showing qualified/approved status). (desirable)
• Domestic periodic inspection and testing experience (essential).
• Basic IT skills, must be able to use a laptop (essential).
• Excellent communication and customer service skill.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UK driving licence.
