Job summary

Link Group Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician for their C~urb 6 Property Maintenance team based in Falkirk. The role covers electrical work across Link Group properties and service agreements, including smoke alarm inspections and upgrades under Scottish Government rules.

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds, a valid 18th Edition certificate, a Health & Safety passport, and a UK driving licence. A van, tools, and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds (or equivalent).
• Must have City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Health & Safety passport (e.g. ECS).
• Proven experience in a similar electrician role and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to compile written technical reports and understand construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical work in Link Group properties and service agreements.
• Perform smoke alarm inspections and upgrades per Scottish Government legislation.
• Provide high quality, efficient electrical services and fault rectification.
• Compile written technical reports and maintain knowledge of safety requirements.
