Sanctuary Group seeks an Electrician in Banbury for both lone and team work across occupied properties. You will conduct inspection and testing, produce Electrical Condition Reports, and perform remedial works. A company van and power tools are provided, with training available as required.

Role requires NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, 18th Edition and AM2, plus driving licence and health & safety compliance. 25 days annual leave plus pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualificações

• Full compliance with Building Safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Driving licence valid for UK driving company vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out installation, fault fixing and maintenance in line with contract and service specifications.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on progress and ensure daily work records are completed.
• Respond to complaints and breakdowns to meet customer expectations and contract standards.
• Resolve problems and inform customers of resolutions according to processes and specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment and replenish stocks as needed.
