Sanctuary Group in the South West is seeking an Electrician to join our day-to-day team, performing responsive electrical repairs and EICRs in tenanted and void properties. The role involves lone and team work, on-call duties, and a company van with power tools provided.
The ideal candidate holds an 18th edition qualification (3rd/4th amendments), NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, and AM2, with strong safety and communication skills and a valid UK driving licence.

£41,192 - £43,360 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

Your duties will include carrying out responsive electrical repairs and electrical works in void properties including completing electrical installation condition reports (EICR). The role will include lone and team working, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed.
