Job Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor division is working with a specialist machinery manufacturer in Lincolnshire. We are seeking a skilled, time-served Electrician to join their team during an exciting phase of innovation and market-leading technology development.

The Electrician will be responsible for wiring PLCs, variable speed drives, and complex control systems, as well as general panel fitting work, including marking out and drilling.

Responsibilities:

• Build control panels and assemble complex machinery electrically
• Interpret and update electrical drawings as needed
• Utilize various tools and equipment such as power construction tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment
• Construct cable management systems, conduit, cable trays, and trunking
• Perform on-site installations within the UK, Europe, and occasionally worldwide
• Communicate with customers and report directly to the Technical Manager
• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, ensuring excellent customer service
• Complete tasks to high standards within set timescales and budgets
• Enhance customer retention through exceptional service

Candidate Requirements:

• Multi-skilled with an electrical bias, at least Level 3
• Experience in industry with automation or packaging equipment
• Valid driving license and passport
• Strong customer focus and service skills
• Recognized apprentice-trained trade qualifications
