Qualifications

• Relevant electrical maintenance and facilities experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working with health and safety regulations and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to plant, equipment, and building services.
• Support mechanical and fabric maintenance tasks where required.
• Maintain accurate records of work, materials and time.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and site procedures.
• Assist and oversee third-party contractors when required.
• Report maintenance issues and potential service disruptions promptly.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team to support site operations.
