Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an Electrician to join their team in Swindon, with national travel expected. The role covers electrical installation across heating systems, boilers, air conditioning and refrigeration in commercial properties.

You will perform fault finding, maintenance and repair, ensuring work is safe and up to standard. An NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and 2391 are required, with a full UK driving licence and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• 2391 or equivalent Testing and Inspection qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works for heating systems, boilers, air conditioning and refrigeration across UK commercial properties.
• Perform electrical fault finding, maintenance and repair to high standards.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Salary £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience

• 40hr working week
• Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
• Overtime readily available
• 1 in 5 out of hours on call rota - weekends only (£25 per day for being on call + overtime rates if called out)

Responsibilities

The successful Electrician will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical installation works associated with heating systems, boilers, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment across commercial properties throughout the UK. The role will also involve electrical fault finding, maintenance and repair, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
