Qualifications
- Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th Edition & Inspection & Testing.
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and fault finding.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance works.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with BS7671 and health & safety regulations.
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, tenants, and stakeholders.
