Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL seeks a qualified Electrician (EV) for a remote, field-based role covering Slough and surrounding areas. You will install premium EV charging points from customers’ properties, travel from home, and earn a base salary of £36,000–£40,000 with an uncapped bonus (£20k+ OTE) and a company EV provided.

Two installations per day are expected, with optional weekend work and ongoing training. NVQ/SVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and testing qualifications are required; EV charging (2919) is

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Inspection & Testing qualification or equivalent.
• 2919 Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Install premium EV charging equipment at customer properties.
• Travel from home to customer sites for field-based installations.
• Complete two installations per day with potential bonuses for additional installs.
• Represent a premium EV charging brand and provide excellent customer experience.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Electric Vehicle Charging Electrician to join their permanent, employed installation team.

You will be based from home and travel directly to customer, carrying out high-quality EV charge point installations while providing an exceptional customer experience.

The role:

• Home-based field position covering a radius of your location.
• Uncapped bonus scheme (£20k+ OTE)
• Expectation of completing two installations per day, with additional bonuses for any further installs.

• Company electric vehicle and home charging point.
• Installation of premium EV charging equipment at customer properties.
• Work directly with customers to determine the most suitable installation solution.

The person:
