Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Leeds is seeking an Electrician to cover West Yorkshire, carrying out remedial and inspection work on occupied properties. You will respond to emergencies and perform tests to ensure safety, then complete necessary paperwork and certification for all works.

The role includes a company van and power tools, with training to support your development. You will work both independently and as part of a team with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 with 2391 or equivalent.
• BS5839-6, BS5839-1, and BS7671 18th Edition knowledge.
• Must bring original certification to interview; copies and CSCS cards not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to emergency situations.
• Inspecting and testing properties to ensure safety and compliance, and completing any necessary remedial work.
• Completing all associated paperwork and producing certification for the works carried out.
• Monitoring and maintaining van stock, ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
