Job summary

360 Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer for a permanent PAYE role based in Northamptonshire with nationwide coverage.

You will carry out electrical installation and maintenance across new-build residential properties, manage a large portfolio of homes, and travel nationwide when required. The position includes a competitive £60,000–£65,000 salary, overtime, bonus, and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician – Essential
• Residential electrical experience required
• Experience with new-build residential properties
• Maintenance and repair expertise
• Good knowledge of current electrical regulations
• UK driving licence held
• Based near Northamptonshire or commutable distance

Responsibilities

Electrician / Electrical Engineer

£60,000–£65,000 + Overtime & Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer to join a growing team based in Northamptonshire.

The role will involve working across new-build residential properties, as well as managing and maintaining a large internal portfolio of residential properties. The successful candidate must be willing to travel nationwide when required.

The Role

• Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance works across new-build residential properties
• Managing and maintaining a large portfolio of residential properties
• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
• Installing, testing and commissioning electrical systems
• Carrying out inspections and electrical testing where required
• Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with current regulations and safety standards
• Working alongside other trades and contractors
• Completing job sheets, reports and relevant documentation
• Travelling nationwide when required, including occasional overnight stays

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician – Essential
• Relevant electrical qualifications
• Strong experience in residential electrical work
• Experience working on new-build residential properties
• Experience with maintenance and repair work
• Good knowledge of current electrical regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in or within a commutable distance of Northamptonshire
• Willingness to travel nationwide
