Zusammenfassung

Morgan Sindall Property Services is looking for an Electrician to join the Westminster R&M Contract, based at our office in W9. The role covers domestic electrical installations, maintenance and EICRs, delivering high-quality service within a defined area.

You will work independently or with a team, diagnose faults, document work via PDA, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with electrical installation, EICRs and electrical maintenance.
• Domestic setting experience and proven fault diagnosis abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently or in a team while maintaining data records.

Aufgaben

• Deliver electrical repairs, testing and installation works across your area.
• Comply with BS7671 and Health & Safety policies.
• Produce concise data records via PDA/mobile systems and report progress.
