Job summary

Electrician role in Warwickshire with an established, supportive team, offering varied work across a portfolio of clients and properties. You will join an existing team of electricians who work predominantly in the West Midlands for established Clients.

The role covers reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, install, testing, remedial works, and small works/projects, with duties including testing to BS7671, EICRs, and a range of domestic, commercial, industrial and heritage projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in a similar commercial maintenance environment.
• Qualified to BS7671:18th edition and NVQ L3 in Electrical Installations.
• Must hold a current ECS card.
• C&G 2391 Test and Inspection required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and end users and build relationships.
• Strong skills in writing detailed job reports, test results and EICRs.
• Ability to work across domestic, commercial, industrial and heritage buildings without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reactive fault finding, PPM, EICRs/testing, remedial works, emergency lighting and general small works alongside installation.
• Testing to BS7671 – Installation Certificates.
• First fix containment, wiring etc on view as well as concealed.
• Second Fix distribution boards, wiring accessories.
• Installation of MICC, cables, glands etc.
• Minor works certification.
• Installation of submains.
