Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician to deliver EICR testing, fault finding and remedial works across social housing properties in Westminster and surrounding areas.

The role involves working on occupied and void properties, carrying out EICRs, identifying defects, and completing remedial works to ensure compliance with BS7671. A strong customer-focused approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in social housing properties.
• Identify and diagnose electrical faults and defects.
• Complete remedial works arising from EICR findings.
• Undertake minor installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Ensure all work complies with current BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
• Accurately complete certification and compliance documentation.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.

Salary: £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team, delivering EICR testing, fault finding, and remedial works across social housing properties in Westminster and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), identifying defects and non-compliances, and completing remedial works to ensure properties are safe and compliant with current regulations. This role involves working in both occupied and void properties, requiring excellent technical skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
