Job summary

Recruitment Direct’s client is seeking two experienced electricians for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works as part of a major five-year housing association contract.

Based in Worcester, the role offers a permanent, full-time position with standard Monday to Friday hours. Rates are competitive, with options for PAYE or subcontractor engagement.

You will carry out residential refurbishments, ensure health and safety compliance, and liaise with the site team to deliver quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Residential or social housing refurbishment experience.
• CSCS card – ideally trade specific.
• Up-to-date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert.
• Public Liability Insurance.
• DBS check (or clean record) to obtain one.
• Willing to provide a copy of driving licence & vehicle insurance.
