Job summary

Recruitment Direct is seeking an experienced Driver/Strip-Out Operative for a 5-year social housing refurbishment project. The role requires a CSCS card and up-to-date safety certificates, with DBS/clear record and proof of driving licence and vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or social housing refurbishment is essential.
• CSCS card is required, ideally trade specific.
• Must have up-to-date safety certificates (Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness).
• Public liability insurance and a DBS (or clear record) are required.
• Copy of driving licence and vehicle insurance may be requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
• Must have a CSCS card - ideally trade specific
• Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
• Must have Public Liability Insurance
• Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one
• Must be willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
