Job summary

Regen Solution seeks an experienced Electrician to perform maintenance and reactive repairs in social housing properties in and around Worthing. The role covers day-to-day tasks in occupied or void units, with a company van and fuel card supplied from day one.

The ideal candidate has 18th Edition, a 2391/2394/2395 certification and proven social housing experience, plus full tools and a UK driving licence. This is a temporary to permanent position.

Qualifications

• 18th edition wiring regulations and compliant electrical practices.
• 2391/2394/2395 certification or equivalent inspection/testing skills.
• Experience in Social Housing maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Full toolbox and a valid UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
• Work in occupied/void properties across Worthing with van provided.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Worthing area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.
