Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrician in Chatham to perform maintenance and reactive repairs within the social housing sector. The role offers a van and fuel card and is initially a temporary position with a path to permanent employment.

The ideal candidate has 18th edition, 2391/2394 & 2395 qualifications, and a valid UK driving licence. This position covers day-to-day repairs across occupied and void properties in the Chatham area.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing maintenance.
• Must hold 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Must hold 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Chatham area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
