Job summary

Regen Solution is seeking an experienced Electrician to perform maintenance and reactive repairs in social housing across the Manchester area. The role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent and includes a van and fuel card.

You will hold 18th edition and ideally 2391/2394/2395, have full tools and a valid UK driving licence, and be capable of working on occupied or void properties with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 18th edition required.
• 2391, 2394 and 2395 are preferred.
• Social Housing experience essential.
• Full tools and a valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive repairs in social housing properties.
• Work across the Manchester area with a van and fuel card provided.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Manchester area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.
