Job Opportunity: Experienced Electrician

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance of Worthing and will work across a variety of domestic, commercial, and industrial premises, including education, healthcare, offices, car parks, retail, and residential properties. The role involves a range of tasks such as maintenance, small installations, and testing works.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Manager and Administrators to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and adhere to safe working practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
2. Conduct fault finding, testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of electrical services and equipment.
3. Carry out Periodic Inspection and Testing, and provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports.
4. Execute installation works in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.

Requirements:

• Located in the Sussex area.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation including AM2 or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary: £37,500 - £42,500.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday.
• 22 days leave plus bank holidays (rising with service).
